1. Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to the iOS and watchOS app Pocket Casino Spinner (collectively, the “App”), published by Grigorii Varlamov PR Beograd (the “Developer”).
2. Data we collect
None. The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, location data, contacts, photos, microphone audio, or analytics events.
Apple may collect aggregate, anonymized installation and crash data through standard App Store mechanisms (independent of this App). Refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy for details.
3. Data stored on your device
The App stores the following locally on your iPhone and Apple Watch, in standard sandboxed storage
(UserDefaults / app container):
- Virtual chip balance (a number; has no monetary value)
- Selected theme (Classic / Neon / Minimal)
- Haptic and sound toggles
- Last result of the most recent mini-game
This data never leaves your device. It is removed when you delete the App. It is included in standard iCloud Device Backups only if you have iCloud Backup enabled in the system settings; the Developer cannot access these backups.
4. No real-money gambling
Pocket Casino Spinner is an entertainment product. All wagers, bets, and payouts use virtual chips that have no cash value, cannot be purchased, redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for real money or anything of value. The App does not offer in-app purchases, advertising, or any form of monetary transaction beyond the one-time App Store paid download.
5. Third parties
The App does not integrate any third-party SDK, analytics provider, advertising network, crash reporter, or external service. It makes no network requests to the Developer’s servers or to any third party.
6. Children
The App is rated 17+ due to simulated gambling content. It is not directed at, and not intended for use by, individuals under that age.
7. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA / etc.)
Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing for you to access, correct, delete, or port. If you have questions about your rights under the GDPR, CCPA, or any applicable privacy law, you may contact us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Changes to this policy
If material changes are made, an updated version will be published at this URL with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
